This isn’t about being perfect, productive, or having all the answers. It’s about staying intentional — one week at a time.


Here are some journal prompts to guide your Sunday reset. Before you open up that journal, make it a vibe… light a candle, pour your favourite drink, put on a chill playlist, anything to make it a weekly ritual you enjoy.

  • What are you ready to embrace more of? 

  • What are you ready to leave behind or shift moving forward?

Journal Prompts for the Week Ahead

Look ahead at the week and set some intentions, not in a pressure-filled way, but in a what would feel good kind of way.

  • How do you want to feel this week, and how can you invite more of that feeling into your week?

  • What deserves your time, energy, and attention this week?

  • What habits, rituals, or boundaries will help you stay focused and aligned?

  • What’s one small thing you can do this week that’s just for you?


Your check-in doesn’t have to be perfect or profound. Even a few honest sentences can offer clarity and direction for the week ahead. What matters is showing up for yourself.
