November: A Month of Slowing, Softening & Coming Back to Yourself

November arrives with a softer, slower and more intentional energy. The air shifts, the days get shorter, and the world around us seems to whisper “it’s okay to rest.” 


For so many of us, this month can feel like a tug-of-war, a struggle between wanting to finish the year strong, but also craving a little more rest, or showing up for everyone else while in reality you're longing to refill your own cup. 


November is your reminder, you don’t have to do it all. Give yourself permission to exhale, to release what’s heavy, and to choose gentleness over pressure.

  • Choose What Nourishes You: Spend your time and energy on what truly fills you up, the people, moments, and habits that make you feel good inside and out.
